Daymark Habits can use AI to turn your natural-language goal into editable habit draft options. For example, "I want a one-week strength plan" may become several habit cards with concrete actions, goals, reminders, and descriptions.
What Is Sent
When you use AI creation, the app may send your prompt, locale, timezone, and a small summary of existing habits to our AI gateway.
What AI Does Not Do
AI does not automatically save a habit. You choose a draft and can edit it before saving. AI suggestions are not medical, legal, financial, or professional advice.
User Control
You can use Daymark Habits without AI by choosing a template or creating a habit manually.
